Where do you deliver and how much is shipping?
We deliver nationwide in the Philippines. Orders worth Php2500 and up qualify for free shipping. Shipping fee is a flat rate of Php100 per cart for Metro Manila orders. Provincial rates are as follows:

Some areas outside Metro Manila are outside the coverage of our partner courier (J&T). If your area is outside the coverage of our courier, kindly send a direct message on our instagram (@deroseeph_) and we will try to accommodate your order through a different courier.
When can I expect the delivery?
We ship your order 1-2 working days after confirmation.
It takes 3-5 working days (Metro Manila) for the package to arrive. It may take longer for provincial shipping (around 5-7 working days depending on the location).
Do you offer same day deliveries?
We offer same day deliveries for Metro Manila orders only subject to the availability of our team. To process this request, kindly send a direct message on our instagram (@deroseeph_). We will try our best to accommodate your request.

PAYMENT METHODS
Do you accept Cash-on-Delivery (COD)?
We do not accept COD orders via websites. You may place your order through our other platforms such as Shopee, Lazada or TikTok Shop.
Do you accept Credit Cards?
Yes. Please select checkout via PayPal and PayMongo (Coming Soon).
Can I pay via Bank Deposit or G-cash?

RETURN AND REFUND POLICIES
What is your return policy? How do I process a refund?
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please fill up the form by clicking this link (https://roseeph.com/pages/contact-us-1). If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Opened and used products cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
